This is the most common route taken by travelers. Upon arrival at the Bintan ferry terminal you cannot book a taxi through Grab, Gojek, maxim or Uber because there is no online taxi service in Bintan. The trip to the hotel takes about 15 minutes by car and there is free shuttle transfer service from the hotel.
