Bintan Visa on Arrival Regulation & Entry Requirement

Visa On Arrival (VOA) is given to foreigners who intend to visit Indonesia, especially Bintan Island for tourism, business, socio-cultural or government duties. Visa On Arrival is given to foreign nationals who meet the requirements and conditions upon arrival in Indonesia. Visa On Arrival is issued by an Immigration Officer at the Immigration checkpoint at Bandar Bintan Telani Ferry Terminal (BBT) and Tanjung Pinang Ferry Terminal.

The official entry requirement for the issuance of Visa On Arrival is 30 or 7 days:

Effective Date: January 09, 2024.
Based on Circular Letter M.HH-02.GR.01.06 Year 2024 Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia Directorate General of Immigration – (Dated January 09, 2024)
This policy will be updated in accordance with changes in applicable regulations.
Basic Requirements
Passport validity of at least 6 months.
Return ticket or one-way ticket to continue traveling to another country.
Visa-free Travel
Maximum stay is 30 days and cannot be extended. The following countries (ASEAN):
Brunei Darussalam Cambodia Laos
Malaysia Myanmar Philippines
Singapore Thailand Timor Leste
Vietnam
