It is highly recommended to book the first departure ticket at 08.10 am from Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal Singapore (TMFT) and arrive in Bintan at 08.10 am. It should be noted that the time in Bintan is 1 hour later than Singapore. You can also choose a return ticket for the Last Ferry from Bandar Bintan Telani Ferry Terminal (BBT) to Singapore at 18:30 pm.

2. Arrival time in Bintan, Visa on Arrival and Immigration check process.

He showed us around Bintan with good food suggestions, and kindly waited for us whenever we overrun our activities. He’s so so awesome, patience, professional and on time person and not once I heard him complaining! I would recommend anyone coming here to look out for Derry he will look after you trust me :) The snorkeling was definitely top of the icing. I inquired with Visit Bintan Island late at night right before our Bintan getaway, and got a response within minutes confirming availability. The next day, we were assigned our driver, Deden, via WhatsApp to coordinate the itinerary. Deden speaks decent English and quickly put us at ease, making easy conversation as we headed to our first stop. Over the course of the day, he shared insights about Bintan and offered thoughtful recommendations on the itinerary and sequencing. He even accommodated a last-minute stop at a cafe for a pastry takeaway before we wrapped up, even though we exceeded the originally allotted time, with no extra charge. He drove safely and smoothly throughout, including at night in less developed areas where lighting is poor. Doesn’t even need to use the GPS! There’s little to fault in the experience.
